This is an incredible pressing. One of the best sounding records i own. There is little to none surface noise and everything sounds magnificent.

Currently listening to this for the first time in years (I also own the 45rpm 2 disc OG) and IMO anyone who thinks this sounds bad needs their hearing checked.

Luckily, my pressing seems to be quite nice! Not bad at all on my end.

          Great material, but lousy production.
          Soundstage focused up the middle.
Might as well be a mono recording.

After breifly listening back and forth with the first 45rpm double lp original pressing, I can briefly say that the OG pressing sounds miles ahead better than this version. All though this one sounds really good, the differences are there. It's like day and night. Everything is more on 45rpm discs. Instrument seperation, Yorke's voice, sound level, depthness, you name it. If you have budget and a good hifi setup, spend more and get the OG. That's an experience.

A good record, definitely not perfect though. My pressing was slightly warped and ofcentre but nothing truly distracting.
The pressing is dynamic but doesn't manage to fill the room, it lacks a bit of depth but apart from that great sound and just good songs.

I also love the material used for the cover, it's soft touch but doesn't collect fingerprints. Gives the sleeve a nice feel and satin look.

My copy has two very nasty skips in the intro of 15 Steps, other than that it's a good pressing

My first copy was off-center which caused pitch variation, my replacement copy was much better. I love the mastering on this record, the drums on Reckoner feel life-like on vinyl! My only complaint is that it doesn't come in an anti-static sleeve. Great otherwise.

Absolutely adore this one, fucking crave a matte cover & sleeve too. Sounds amazing, incredible cover too of course. All rounder.

So after reading some info on here I have ascertained that I got this 2016 version.
Anyways it sounds perfectly fine for less than £16 when I bought it the only minor gripe could be "very slight" rolled off highs, which is a good thing with this type of music on vinyl. All vocals & instruments are clear & precise record is flat & fairly quiet too along with a printed inner sleeve & a nice enough thick outer sleeve(there was no white paper or poly-lined record sleeve)that replicates the original well a.f.a.i.k.
I can only compare this to my cd copy and the cd hasn`t been played for years so for me definitely this issue is great.
Look the lauded after 2x45rpm & 2007 OG probably without doubt may sound better, but my copy cost me £15.64 - FIFTEEN POUNDS & SIXTY FOUR PENCE in 2018 so I`m good. Anyone after a copy of this excellent LP & can`t get a 2x45rpm or 2007 OG(or refuses to pay high prices)at least try a 2016 copy from a vendor you can easily send it back to with no hassle.
Highly recommended to all alternate rock fans & vinyl record collectors, thank you for reading & happy listening.
