How to Print a Shipping Label

Select Your Order

Navigate to the order page for which you would like to purchase a shipping label. Then, select the “Buy Shipping Label” button on the right side of the order page.

Review Your Order Details

Discogs will pull in the order details to generate your shipping label. Take a moment to review the information.

Select Your Shipping Carrier and Cost

Based on the destination and size of your order, options for shipping will be calculated. Compare prices between and select the service that makes the most sense for you.

Print the Label

Use your printer to create the shipping label or save it as a PDF to print at another location.

Complete Your Order

Place your shipping label on the package, then drop it off at your local post office or shipping provider. Both you and your customer can view the tracking information through the order page. If needed, you can also void a label.

How do I void a label that was purchased before the improvements and request a new one?

Once the new system is available, you can still void shipping labels purchased through the previous system, if needed.

View your most recent shipping labels purchased prior to the improvements. From there, you can void the old shipping labels.

If you need to print a new label for the same order, navigate back to the order page and select “Buy a Shipping Label.” Follow the steps to generate a shipping label using the new system.
I created a shipping label using the previous system before the improvements, and already shipped the item. How do I ensure my customer has the tracking number generated from the previous system?

Any tracking number generated from the previous system will be removed from the shipping box on the order page once the new system is available.

To avoid losing your active tracking numbers, we suggest you start adding them to each order timeline now. When you update the order status to “Shipped,” you will receive a prompt to add a tracking number. Copy and paste the tracking number and it will be accessible by both you and the customer.

Although tracking numbers generated by the previous system will not be accessible on the order page, you will temporarily be able to view shipping labels purchased prior to the improvements.
