I was very young, maybe 11 or 12, when I bought this record, likely at Sears or Hastings, within a year or so of when it came out. It is still in decent shape but has been well played. it is a great record, I have truly enjoyed it over the years. I recently found a nm copy of the masterdisk stamped pressing, and I could not it up. Maybe I will my old copy to my grandson, who is about the same age as I was when I bought it. He already said he likes the music. Good music knows no age or generational limit.

Edited 3 years agoI picked up this super clean second copy from a similar vintage. This record was on my list to find and an older copy in great condition showed up, so I snagged it. I saw Triumph in concert on this tour way back when, One of my very first concerts.
Triumph's studio sound conjures that same live energy in spades. The guitar tone is huge and there are ripping solos a'plenty. Rik and Gil's alternating vocals are powerful and compelling. The musicianship and execution is phenomenal.
My pressing is powerful and pretty clean. No complaints.
