Great rock album, great sounding pressing. Can anyone confirm if this came with a poster? I have a poster and don’t if it came with, or if got it at a concert. I’ve had this since I was a kid. I saw Triumph live in 78 or 79 at 13 years old.

I love this album and was looking for it for a while before I actually found it. I like this band, I feel they are pretty under appreciated in the rock world. Great sound on this pressing as well.

Not a bad band. Decent vinyl. Way better than their image, and the recording doesn't have any of that horrible 80's effects all over it.

Edited 3 years agoHow come no reviews of this classic Triumph release? This Canadian power rock trio really raised the bar in the early '80s, their heyday.
From 1979, "Just a Game" shows them in early form, but still creative and tight as ever.
The highlight here is "Lay It On The Line", with Rik Emmett's angelic voice soaring above all else. His fat guitar solo tones are to be enjoyed as well, I presume from the Yamaha SG. "Hold On" is also a great song. Emmett shows off his legit jazz guitar chops on "Suitcase Blues", a real treat.
The artwork and gatefold was clever and a nice surprise.
Grab this if you find it. Recommended.
