Finally got a copy. Been streaming this album for years. Vinyl LP sound quality is really great for anyone wondering if its worth the price. Very smooth, detailed, lots of atmosphere. Candyman is on fire, great detailed tight bass. Just right.

"You Don't Care" is one of the most interesting album closers I've ever heard. What a statement to leave with. Hypnotic and bittersweet. "Dancing Girl" is most certainly not the only good song on this record - this is a classic, through and through. Was lucky enough to dig a beat but playable OG in someone's garage last week for $5.00 - will be looking for an upgrade, but even with the noise, this is a great pressing of some truly great music.

No 50th anniversay pressing? absolute disgrace. I really hope that we get a beautiful AAA pressing of this album. I'm dumbfounded as to why we've seen nothing on this absolutely classic album.

Was intrigued by the cover at first (obviously), then after listening, completely loved the album! On a side note, it's strange how the model on the cover isn't credited.
-
So good, reminds of two of the all-time greats, Gil And Curtis. No higher compliment. Deep and dope.

Anyone out there have an extra sleeve for this? If so, please me since I have an orphaned copy. Thanks!

Does anyone have any info on these reissues? Are any taken directly from the analog tapes? The Music On Vinyl claims to be “audiophile”, whatever that means. I want as close to the original as I can get.
