Optical disc manufacturing plant in Guadalajara, Mexico, operated by Technicolor Mexicana S. de R.L. de C.V; operating under that name from 2002 to 2022. This facility was one of the assets acquired with Technicolor's purchase of Panasonic Disc Services Corp. (Matsushita Media Manufacturing, Guadalajara, Mexico. The plant increased in importance since then, as Technicolor gradually consolidated its North American manufacturing operations; since 2017, it was Technicolor's only North American plant involved in CD manufacturing.
Technicolor, Guadalajara became a major supplier of optical discs for domestic US release after Sony DADC ceased all local CD and DVD manufacturing in 2018. Technicolor's clients since then and/or in the few years before 2018 included Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group. Warner Music Group chose to utilize another replicator around April of 2019 and since no longer have their discs manufactured by Technicolor in Mexico.
In 2020 Technicolor filed for bankruptcy and, after restructuring its activities, was officially renamed Vantiva on 27 September 2022. Manufacturing of optical discs (as well as vinyl) continued at the same location, rebranded as Vantiva, Guadalajara, Mexico.
