Yes, strange compilation.
Pop producers trio FCF among greatest classical musicians like Bach, Beethoven, Mozart...
I suspect certainly it's a mistake but don't own this compilation to check, even the images can't help.
I can only 'suppose'...

IMHO I think Den Harrow profile also needs to fix.
Lou Sern, Tam Harrow none of them were never involved with Stefano Zandri.
He never provided as visuals or model.

For a person with a lot of extra time. You might wanna check all submission from Mr.Satellite (most likely Garet72 with a fake ).
Tons of music which even after 25 beer doesn't sound like italo-disco.

Are you REALLY sure about that.
I cannot judge if there is a relationship between those 2 people but I have in the mail 2 different real names related to these nicknames.

yeah like hysterics says, i find it annoying that submitters pull the style wheel way to easy on submissions , i mean like in this conservatives submission. its not italo-disco!!

I suspect that it is only a " chanson " like many 7 inch target as Italo-Disco , but without proof we cannot change the style and then voted , I did not find a audio sample, maybe somebody will have more chances to find.

Cause they're songs on these compilations that cross the border of euro disco, italo disco, Hi NRG. So mostly not purely synthpop but a combination of. I don't think that's a wrong way of tagging.

There's synth pop influence and sound mixing in with hundreds of dance music styles that followed it. We could technically list any dance songs with vocals and a synthesizer as synth pop if we thought that way.

That's not what I mean doctor_trance. For example one reason to include synth pop as genre on this compilation could be The Sweeps : https://www.discogs.sie.com/Various-ZYX-Italo-Disco-New-Generation-Vol-6/release/6676608 I must agree with you though that on a lot of these other compilation I don't see tracks that are synth pop so yes the amount of synth pop-tracks in these compilations is too little to wear the tag synth pop....but perhaps I/you didn't check thoroughly enough..

Yes, so a few tracks on one compilation or another, but when people added new volumes, they would simply copy a previous one to draft and not adjust the styles. Then, the entire series gets listed as synth pop because of that.

On Vol. 1 (and a few others) I see the remark:
