Dear buyer,
Thank you for taking interest in my items. All these records where cherished as a part of my personal collection.
All shipments will be carefully packed and prepared digitally via PostNL.
A few things to make things a bit clearer:
- Please make sure your Telephone-nr is mentioned in your discogs (buyer-)profile. New post-standards always asks for these.
- Please that a double vinyl counts as 2x12”
- At checkout there's a rollout menu which provides two options: Post NL Track & Trace and Insured shipment (upto 500 euro)
- When the package is lost during traffic and the package was not insured, there's sadly nothing much I can do about it. I also cannot influence the actual delivery via any postal service (believe me, I tried)
- The amount of insurance I receive after a package is lost (if insured) will be transfered to the buyer. No more, but also no less.
- If there's an issue with the product when received, please let me know; we'll work something out.
- I always put my sender adress on the package before shipment. If I (in some cases) receive the package back at my adress, I'll make a total refund and the buyer immediately.
