I saw Ryoji Ikeda at the sonar festival,in Barcelona years ago.I was impressed with his music and the cd that I have now is similar to what I saw him play there, but he has 'exchanged' the digital noises and frequencies for strings. The progression of chords flows like a mathematical pattern, very clean, and the chords seem to be searching for new harmonies and disonances.this is contemporary music that students will someday listen to in school. It is nearly a perfect piece of work.
