Is this one of those albums where every issue, CD or Vinyl, will play in quad no matter whether it’s labelled as such ?

Sound is great! Unfortunately Quasarsphere (A2) is a bit crackly on my copy. Okay, such an extreme silent electronic track is probably hard to press on (standard) vinyl without some noises. Reasonably the CD is sometimes a better choice for ambient, electronic or art-rock. But what to do if you are a vinyl addict?

Of course, much like nearly every modern pressing, it has a pronounced warp, but shockingly it plays back really well with no pops or clicks or other surface noise. Very clear. Just sucks that there's such a warp, especially for a 180g. Bought new sealed.

A masterpiece, and this pressing does justice. Now I can retire my old crackly pressing.

Good quiet vinyl. Good strong cutting, does not sound digital. Recommended reissue.

this is the real deal, one of the best reissues i've heard
              loud, detailed, dynamic
i think one of the keys is they didn't use noise reduction as the tape hiss is slightly audible on fade in fade outs

great pressing, buy it before it's gone

Fantastic reissue. This record rolls! The only record that makes my speakers rattle. Buy with confidence.
