I will echo previous comments by saying that this sounds truly fantastic, and blows my digital copies out of the water having finally picked up a new copy for just 25EUR. Definitely worth it. True to the original packaging, but a gatefold and poly-lined inners would have done the records a bit more justice.
-
excellent flat and silent pressing quality. highly recommended. if you´re jd-fan grab one.
1 star deducted because of the hard innersleeves.
every child now knows that these sleeves are not good for the vinyls.
when will the distributors finally understand it?

This pressing is proof that it is possible to produce clean sounding records from start to finish. I recommend this pressing to any JD fan, even if you own the original. It's worth having for both sound and reference.
-
Fantastic pressing. Smooth and dead quiet. Major bargain to get this much of their catalog on vinyl.
-
This is an excellent compilation, very decent pressing. Picked up my sealed copy at a local record fair, great value at £25.
-
One of the best sounding records in my collection, pressed on flat heavyweight vinyl. The bass, guitar, vocals, and percussions are all very clear. Played both lp's and didnt hear a single crackle, pop, or any other background noise. Very impressed, get this pressing when you get the chance!
-
Music aside, this is a tremendous record set. From the weight of the vinyl to the respect given to the package to the sound, it is fabulous. My only change would be to remove the second version of LWTUA - no need to hear it twice in an hour.
-
Two words: absolutely stunning release. Now, that's more than two words but it gives me the chance to add words so I can hit submit.
-
Terrific sounding hot-wax, mastered with good bass & 3-D sonics in spades. There are so many different sonic flavors between these tracks it's crazy & it's awesome to listen to them all in one 2xLP set. Heavyweight vinyl is flat & dead-silent as well.
