Cut loud and full! Amazing sound and essential mono mix that will blow your mind! Even in a laminated flipback cover. Do yourself a favor and get this one while ya can!
-
this pressing is super quiet, AND FULL ! omg i was worried buying a mono record in 2023 thinking this wasnt gonna live up to expectations but holy crap i was blown away!! i do still want to pick up a stereo copy to compare in the future but DAMN this will hold me over thats for sure. also the color on this thing is gorgeous a very special release.

Edited one year agoMY WHITE BICYCLE! haha but seriously this press has heavy full dynamics that fill the room exactly what you want! will be a frequent spin over here
-
Atrocious pressing quality but the mono mix is essential. Wish they would do a regular black vinyl pressing run.
-
If im honest id much rather have a black vinyl stereo version. Psyche is not very psyche in mono. The panning effects of much of the stereo release is missing badly imho. Of course there are black vinyl stereo versions but for silly money. A new issue from the original stereo masters would be oh so welcome. This one isnt bad though and plays well for such a compound!

I’ve had an original stereo copy and sold it on so was pleased to pick this up a few years ago when it came out
I stashed it and forgot to listen to it until today, it sounds great. No problems with this copy, feel for others who don’t share the same. -
Edited 2 years agoMine skips on almost every track. Give me a black vinyl mono release.
Edit: I got another copy and it also has skips! If anyone has a copy they want to sell that doesn't skip, please let me know! -
One of my Top 10 UK Psych LPs, and this pressing looks and sounds fantastic. Mono mix has some interesting differences from the stereo version, plus a lot more punch.
-
Just got a Copy, really killer sounding mono mix, also really enjoy the original flip back sleeve, gives it the vintage feel. If you don’t want to spend the $$$ for the overpriced original LP, pick this release up. Definitely a companion to pepper/Magical mystery tour and piper at the gates of dawn. Really superb release!

I really love this reissue. Beautiful flipback jacket, splatter vinyl and powerful mono mix. Highly recommend.
