All songs on this album LP are in STEREO except "PROUD MARY" which sounds MONO .I found a compilation CD that had "PROUD MARY" in STEREO but I can't the title of it right off . Other MONO hit songs by CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL are :"BAD MOON RISING" and "LODI" .

Just inherited a copy of this. It has the same label on side 2 as on side 1. Anyone ever seen that?

Hello, I've bought an Hollywood pressing of Bayou Country on Ebay. The LP runouts and labels are exactly the same of the first issue, but the seller sent me an inner sleeve which include the photos of the covers of the first five Creedence Lps (marked Queens Lytho in U.S.A.) and, on the other side, a painting of the four of the group. Is it a 1970 repress ? Or the seller gave me an inner sleeve of another later reissue ?

Found this 1st pressing copy at a used bookstore of all places. NM condition. Clearly, whoever unloaded it did not know it’s worth or sonic quality. Super thick vinyl and flat as can be. The cowbell sounds like it’s in the house. Paid $10 for this masterpiece. Bass is punchy and drums are crisp. Vocals are up front but not overwhelming. Rhythm and lead guitar have a perfect mix. Struck gold. Great pressing.

I got the very expensive analogue productions 200 Gram of Cosmo’s Factory and an original Cosmo’s Factory, which is much noisier but only slightly more exciting. A very good re-issue. But the original Bayou Country on thick fantasy vinyl is one of greatest sounding records I’ve heard, along with RL Led Zeppelin II.

Lable actually reads: Fantasy Stereo presents "Bayou Country" Credence Clearwater Revival, not Fantasy presents...

A New Zealand version of this actually exists, triple flipback cover, non laminated. Pic here
