I think the value here is in this rare sought after aperture sleeve. The vinyl quality is bellow par in my opinion but this is the case with many 1990's vinyl where they cram too many songs per side. This is definitely crying out for a double vinyl release.

Had mine from new. Still NM cover and NM media. Love this. Sounds alright - typical 90s indie production. Pressing is ok too.

bought this one with a wasted aperture cover but with all 6 inserts in beautiful condition and expected the worst re the pressing quality as per previous comments - either I am real lucky here or whatever it is I am really happy with the pressing and sound quality (great punchy bass and clear sound) and mine does look like a VG+ at best

If there was ever an album that's screaming for a reissue spread across two LPs, it's this one. It is just too expansive for a single record, like 25 minutes per side. There are no versions of this that sound great. The 2019 2LP reissue of His N Hers is so excellent, why can't we have the same for Different Class? What is Island thinking? Just think how nice it'd be honor this with a double vinyl release. It would be so perfect.

Looking at this review from 2015 with six likes it is kinda scarry to buy...
Anyone else could comment on the sound quality please ? -
This classic hit its 25th anniversary last year (2020). I would have expected a nice 2xLP deluxe remaster, but no. Island/UMC did a really nice deluxe 25th version of His N' Hers in 2019, white vinyl, Abbey Road mastering, sounded great. Different Class absolutely BEGS to be pressed across 2xLPs as it is way too long to sound any good on a single LP. By all s there is no really good sounding vinyl version of this (yet). Such a crime. Island, what are you doing?

Be aware that even sealed copies of this may have vinyl that looks and plays like it been thrown through a hedge. I have two copies bought when released and both dreadful quality pressings in fact the worst I've ever seen - both copies were replacements ... I gave up and considering the ltd nature of the release decided to stick with the one's I have. Still pisses me off whenever I play them.
