前衛、不食人間煙火、Arca下的妓女音樂美學體系。
Edge, out of touch, huge influence of Arca’s deconstructed club music style . -

My favorite song in her entire discography, and I love that this was never released on streaming. It feels like a spiritually intimate experience divorced from the connection and surveillance of the internet. The vinyl itself is extremely high quality.
-
Phenomenal pressing. It sounds fantastic. Super low noise floor. Really 3 dimensional. Lots of detail. No distortion. Also love the extra artwork.
-
My copy sounds very distorted, both the lp and the bonus 7" disk. All the songs sound like having been recorded in a different key from the original mastering. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I read the same, limited edition 2000 copies. Beautiful packaging and awesome music, the more I listen to it the more I get addicted.
-
Funnily enough Tahliah's best stuff is not on this LP, e.g. the track on the bonus 7". Anyway, this feels like very much fresh pop music, as taking the R&B thing to somewhere I was waiting long to see it at. Production is beautiful and I see a lot of love was put here. Grand work.

Got the deluxe version of this, and the regular version. Is it true the deluxe is limited to 2000 copies?
-
Just got this in the mail today (Amazon fulfillment), though I believe the official US release date is tomorrow... one of those rare albums that's more enjoyable with each listen. Nice job on the packaging, I read somewhere that the number on the limited is 2000 units.

Every time I have ever ordered from Young Turks directly there has been a delay or the stock was damaged. Has happened 5 times so I've stopped ordering from them. You get it from the shops before the label.... really odd...
