Is anyone elses copy abnormally thick? I have about 300 records and this one is super thick and feels different than anything else I have. -
Ran mine thru the Nitty Gritty and immediately put it on, it’s still kinda noisy. Not enough to be upsetting, cuz it’s such a fun record I can listen past it. But for sure if this thing got a legit anniversary repress with good names/plants attached to it I’d buy one.

Few albums have a track list this superior in of quality and replay ability. There isn’t a single song that deserves to be skipped and each one is unique in its own way. A truly classic album. Pressing has slight surface noise scattered on one or two tracks that’s barely noticeable with headphones. -
Inherent pressing flaw: at the end of Royals transitioning to the beginning of Ribs there is a snap that fades in and then fades back out again. New, sealed album; happened during the first play and every play thereafter. Still gets 4 stars, but it clearly doesn't deserve a perfect 5-star rating.

it'd be nice if they released a deluxe edition with the bonus tracks, Bravado is one of my favourite songs of hers and it's a shame it hasn't been on vinyl (outside of that now overpriced 10" EP) -
Haven't gotten any of the terrible static problems most of the reviews have gotten, however my copy sounds a bit toned down for some reason. This album I feel should sound all-encoming, especially Ribs, but the final result ends up sounding a bit flat. The actual sound quality is great though, and the design of the whole package is great. -
my copy sounds great, very little surface noise, and the audio mixing is pretty good. black fits the album perfectly and the booklet and gatefold are great additions. it's unfortunate we never got a deluxe pressing tho
