According to this entry, it came with a flyer that mentions Ride The Lightning, If that is the case, it could not be the first pressing as Ride The Lightning had not even been conceived

I believe this to be the very first pressing. It has the large numbers "1" and "2" next to the tracklist on the labels, and the plain plastic inner sleeve would fit in with other Megaforce releases of the same time period where they didn't come with lyric sleeves right at the beginning of the pressings. If the album did well, they would repress it and include an inner sleeve with lyrics. This is the case with other Megaforce early releases.

Just picked up an in EX condition copy of this album. Wow this sounds great. The cover has clear graphics better than any other cover of the album I've seen so far.
An inexpensive alternative is the original pressing on CD or 1995 Elektra re-issue on CD. -
I have this version. The only reason it's not Mint is because it's not sealed and the collector had a custom stamp she would stamp into each record which made an embossed label.
