WHOever thought up and approved this album cover was not ingesting the good stuff prevalent at this moment in time.

My copy has Matrix / Runout ("Side 1" etched): 7-12888 E, and Matrix / Runout ("Side 2" etched): MG7-12 888-W1-2; also has asterisk after number 7-12889 on Side 2 label. But, the cover has the Shorepak patent on the bottom back.
