Mine is being returned. It’s got a dreadful Side A, which are pressing defects pops. The sound is wide and spacious for sure, but it all feels a bit bass light when comparing the digital version, which sounds very rich.

Sound quality is insanely good, listening to this pressing feels like listening to the album for the first time again.

Edited one year agoI was amazed by my King Of Limbs pressing. It was the best Radiohead pressing in my collection. However, “Hail to the Thief” trumps it. Don’t get me wrong, TKOL is still great. But oh man does this “Hail to the Thief “copy sound fantastic. Amazing soundstage and mastering on this. Love that it’s on 45rpm. It really does the album justice. It’s a very immersive experience. A must buy for any Radiohead fan.

Sounds excellent. Real explosive!!! Nothing else to say in the matter yet for some reason I got to write a bit more….

Both discs came out of the shrinkwrap with some dust and residue on them. But after some wiping they play very cleanly. This is a very satisfying pressing.

Of all the XL Radiohead reissued, THIS ONE sounds the best. And it’s not particularly close. It’s incredible. If you see it, don’t ask questions or hesitate. Buy it. It’s fucking great.
