Just noticed that the gatefold tracklisting for Book 2 Side B Track 3 has a small typo…“Heaven Ain’t 2 Hard 2 Find” (instead of “Heaven Ain’t Hard 2 Find”). Fantastic pressing otherwise…great sound, poly sleeves, and the gatefold sleeve/labels design is about as faithful to an original Death Row pressing as you could get. -
Really happy with the sound fidelity of this pressing, being a pinnacle album in my teenage discovery of hip hop. However, one thing that bothers me is that the text on the spine is upside down. Really stands out on the shelf. -
Wow this sounds amazing, so clean and dynamic! My one qualm is that all of my discs came with gnarly looking scratches in the same places on the B sides of each disc (for whatever reason), but so far every single one has just been cosmetic and does not effect the sound at all! Will leave an update if it does, I'm only just at the end of book 1 right now, but this is a must buy! -
Sad to say that my copy sounds pretty bad. Will give a proper cleaning next play and report back. Was so excited for this one too -
Is this the version sold on the official 2Pac website right now, and is it worth picking up if I already have the 2011 version? -
Pressing is great but very disappointed that “California Love” is a remix. It doesn’t sound as good and the Tupac and Dre verses are switched in order. Anybody know if the other pressings have the remix too?

I just picked this up for $61.89 on Amazon. A true bargain for a 4 lp set this solid! Agree with all positive reviews. Consistently high product quality from end to end! Yes, it can be done! Quiet, flat, dynamic, balanced non-boomy bass. Detailed presentation and sound stage. Mix is flawless! A must buy for 2Pac fans!!

Edited 2 years agoI love this pressing! It's a wonderful recreation of the original, with the proper album artwork. The sound is fantastic, every record sounds clean with strong bass. I'm so happy with it and I can't recommend it enough! If, like me, you don't want to spend hundreds upon hundreds for an original this is a great substitute!
