Edited 5 years agoFirst heard this on a Spiral Tribe recording from Castlemorton that was sold as DJ Spectrum - Belgian Techno 1992 sold on tape in Snafu in Belfast. Dark as you like. -
First heard Stylus Flight played at a Spiral Tribe event somewhere in the west country, very dark. -
For the time this record came out, it was incredible, essential for early hard techno and trance fans. That bass tube just driving into your body. R & S aping UR with a response to the rings of saturn or x101 styled tonearm journeys. forget the rest of the ep and go for the Stylus Flight.

A Bass driven, dark HardTrance classic.
It has a gap on the record that the needle travels at the spot where the electronic soundscape introduction ends and the main track begins - hence "Stylus Flight" as the stylus does fly.
