My copy has an "H" under MASTERDISK on both sides. ALSO, i might add...both sides has Side One Label!! Any suggestions/ideas what I might have? Thank you! -(it's purple front and red back BTW)

Edited 5 months agoRaising Hell, epic lp, got this when it dropped in 86 on wax , even went out of bounds from my high school to pick this up, was always on the lookout for an all green
cassette cover like the original lp , but never existed -
I picked up a NM copy recently of this classic album. I basically have nothing to compare it to except memories but I like the way this sounds and don’t feel the need to hear the MoFi. Groundbreaking album that still sounds very analog. Great mastering by Howie Weinberg.

Based on the clues, this is probably gonna be the Rap & Hip Hop record of the month for VMP this December

Quite possibly the greatest hip-hop album ever. This is the one that skyrocketed the genre into the mainstream and showed everyone that it was here to stay. The first 4 tracks are an incredible back-to-back display of talent. The rest of the album is no slouch either. I own the original vinyl pressing. Even though it is a little noisy, it's a fun collectible to listen to.
