This record is amazing good music. I prefer the live makeshift 3 piece band over the hit versions of all of these songs any day. Neil live was always a show that superceded his recordings despite their success. He sings better. The accompanists are also amazing to me in the musicianship of tasteful simple playing. A handbook lesson for all you accompanists out there. I highly recommend this LP to anybody who has ever liked a Neil Diamond song.
