I have both UK and US press of this 12". US press sounds far, far better. I don't know if the same mastering engineer was responsible for both releases but if you don't need remixes, get this one. -
Edited 20 years agoThis has to be one of my all time favourite hip-hop tracks. This is an understated classic.
"Stakes is high", talks about everything that is wrong with hip-hop and the world in under six minutes and with
lines like "gun control means using both hands in my land" prove that this record should not be overlooked.
