Got a purple copy, sounds superb with lots of depth and and warmth. Though I can echo the previous comments about the low mastering, it's very quiet!

Edited 4 years agoI have the orange pressing - it must be the best sounding vinyl record I own. So much better than the black version.

I got the green one. Sounds very good - very very slight noise form the vinyl but no clips, pops or strange noises. The pressing itself is very good - nice bass. Very warm sound overall. Not the loudest pressing, but this isn't a problem

Edited 4 years agoI have an orange version and unfortunately the most warped new LP I have ever bought. Unplayable to the point that the needle actually jump skips off of the record itself. Will be returning it and hoping for a much better replacement.

When I ordered this record through Rough Trade, I hoped I would receive the purple variant. I was surprised when I got exactly that. This is a very clean and silent piece of wax here. I haven't experienced any pops, crackles, or skips. I don't own the original pressing to compare to, but this record sounds fantastic.

Edited 4 years agoThe way this album was meant to be heard. Wow. Finally has dynamic range, warmth and sounds are no longer muted. I got the purple and it's a real beauty.

This pressing sounds incredible. So happy to revisit this album - the remastering really shines through here.

Disregard my comment about the sleeve being upside-down and the white rectangle being in the "wrong place" -- I had the sleeve upside down.
