Two non-fills on B2 on a NM copy... Disappointing. Maybe I just got unlucky, the record sounds pretty good otherwise
-
Have to laugh at comments I see almost daily "my copy is great, clean, flat, sounds perfect, everyone should buy it" then there's the "my copy has dust on it, had to clean it, heard pops and clicks. No one should buy it."

my pressing has white marks on it, seems like it's white PVC residue from a former press on the plant? it's not dust or paper pressed into the grooves, rather the white spots are deep within the grooves almost like a marbling effect.

Bought about a week ago, tick 5~6 time at B-1. Send back to Japanese tower records which I bought from.
Exact same tick on B-1, so it is what it is. Should I return again? Maybe not, as mater of fact. I want to listen one more copy
,so I can make surefor it. -

Une préstation de t grande qualitée. la musique envoutante et le son remarcable.
A écoutez sans aucune modération.J. Henderson et Pete en grande forme. -
Edited 2 years agoNo pressing flaws on my copy that I can hear. It sounds incredible honestly. Great soundstage and separation. On par with the handful of Tone Poet's I have. As far as the music is concerned, it probably goes without saying that every jazz fan should I own this.

Edited 3 years agoThis is a review of the pressing not the music. Fresh out of the shrink my copy sounds like a kids record from the dollar bin. The snap, crackle, pop is overwhelming throughout and as loud as the music in the track breaks. Even worse are the distortion squeals that pop up on side B. Can not recommend this pressing.
