Edited 8 months agoAwesome pressing honestly just because i love this album. not super dynamic when it comes to the mastering and the mastering on the vocals is non existent. constant static when there’s a lot going on in the song. There’s some seamless transitions that honestly make this pressing so awesome. Others have questioned the intention of these transitions but i think it makes the songs flow together so well. I usually pull this album out at special times and the transitions get me everytime. Not to mention the gorgeous color (obvious choice of color for this album but it’s so pretty) overall an okay pressing…
did forget to mention there’s also a missprint on the label it’s says side three on both side b and side c -
The color is gorgeous but the audio pressing is questionable. Some songs, the vocals come muffled where others are crisp and clear; whether that’s an issue of the press die or the masters sent in is in the air but I’d have to assume it’s an issue with the masters due to, as a previous reviewer has said, some songs mixed together such as Normal Girl into Pretty Little Birds

The color is great! Pressing is wonderful, absolutely gorgeous artwork and the cute booklet that comes with it.
It sounds great. -
Can anyone with this specific Europe version confirm if theirs has static noise during "Supermodel", or is that only present in the US pressing of this Translucent Green LE?

Edited 3 years agoFor whatever reason there's a gapless transition between "Normal Girl" and "Pretty Little Birds". The beginning of the song is mixed in at the end of the previous one. Don't know if I like it though lol
-
Great album okay pressing. Some songs are super clear and others sound a little washed out. Side A seems to be the worst. Still listenable though
-
