Just got a new copy on Ebay thanks to my saved searches. I spent many late nights watching The Cure In Orange on VHS. It must have been incredible to be there—such a beautiful setting and vibe. The sound quality on this is VERY GOOD. The first disc on my copy had a fair amount of surface noise but after one cleaning, both play perfectly. The cover is a little thin and looks prone to getting bends and creases, so I keep the records tucked outside the cover. This is now one of my favorite Cure releases to date—even though it’s a “bootleg”. The energy and sound of this performance is so uplifting. A must have for Cure fans. -

Edited 4 years agoPush and Six Different Ways are available on the WCIBY 2x7" release. The songs that could stand to have been left off were also included on the extended Catch 12", A Night Like This and Kyoto Song. Perhaps include One Hundred Years alone or Boys Don't Cry and Three Imaginary Boys? It's still worth the purchase, looks and sounds great.
All songs not included from the official film: Push, One Hundred Years, Let's Go To Bed, Six Different Ways, Three Imaginary Boys, Boys Don't Cry.
