Pops and clicks throughout but very tolerable - a decent sounding record considering it's a quiet recording which usually lends itself to the record noise being more noticeable. -
I worked where this was made when it came about- if you ever get a warped, dirty etc record it was because of THE PRESSING PLANT. Period.
Also have one or two misprinted sleeves (45rpm) that were destroyed before it went to press, write and make an offer if interested. -

Sounds great, just wish it was a 33 instead of a 45 so all four tracks could fit on one side. -

Got mine From HMV on sale for £9.99 so I took the plunge and got it. I was planning to get the 10th Anniv version but it's too expensive on resale. To my surprise, I am one of those lucky ones that got a clean copy of this one. Only a handful of pops on Blood Bank and the rest are clean. Satisfied with what I got for less than a tenner. -
Edited 2 years agoThink I got unlucky with my pressing. The first track on both sides has a lot of crackling in the right channel that did not go away after cleaning. It's not super distracting but still problematic. Maybe it needs more cleaning. Besides that, every other track sounds clean and fantastic.
Edit: The initial surface noise was reduced when I tried playing the record with a conical stylus instead of an elliptical one. -
Mine was covered in paper and bits of the vinyl plastic fresh from the seal. There's a far bit of surface noise after a dry clean. Nice packaging and the live recording is great.

Absolutely garbage pressing it almost insulting that they sell it. Save your time everyone - find different version. -
Needs a lot of cleaning but dear lord it sounds fantastic once you get all the dirt, debris, and static away from the record. The live performance is breathtaking and Woods live is worth the whole release.

Had to use my heavy duty cleaning solution and vinyl vac to properly get rid of all the noise and pops from this pressing. Still need to run it through a few more times, but it was incredibly dirty in the grooves (though seemingly invisible!) and my carbon fiber brush didn’t really help.
