I have a version with the catalogue number CAS-1063 however the label is Virgin side 1 green and side 2 red. It is listed as produced by Charisma Records in 1975. The only Virgin listings i can see here are for CDs

Side "B" label displays content for both sides A and B. Side "B" label displays "List of contents by a Harley Street Dentist" as seen elsewhere in Reviews.

My version is identical to this one, except the Side B runout is CAS-1063-B-2 M11 SON Bell Sound (stamp) RCK

I would just like to say how pleased I was to be asked to write this list of contents. When, like me, you spend all day looking at the contents of people's mouths, it is a wonderful relief to be asked to write the contents for an amusing comedy record such as this, and forget the world of fillings and surgical extractions and cosmetic remoulds and periodontal treatment and nerve removals and bleeding gums and pyrea and impacted wisdom teeth and root surgery and smelly dentures and broken molars and advanced tooth decay and stinking garlic covered pieces of de-composed beef wedged between the roots of the upper seventh disgusting half digested chunks of kipp

Have a copy of this album with a floppy single "Heath" included. I.e. a language course to learn how to speak Heath
