Great record by American band Kansas. Overall the mix is good, but the title cut is clearly mixed for radio play. I have this early pressing, and bought it on release. The rest of the mix is excellent, with a fairly hot 70's analog sound that sounds particularly good on vintage equipment. Maybe it's just psychological. Probably is. -
This is a great pressing with low noise floor, with a very dynamic and broad soundstage. The mix is beautiful and the mastering is perfect. George Marino and Sterling really know how to maximize the lacquer cut, as most of the vinyl I have that they worked on are cut pretty hot. This is just a wonderful album, near perfect pressing with some great iconic songs. My copy in NM and if you find one in good condition, you should not be disappointed.

Actually sounds very good compared to my OG version. I am happy to have a clean copy. Also the cover and inserts are very nice. -

My copy of this pressing sounds awful, virtually no low end or mid. I was going to donate it to a thrift store and my SIG-OT made me throw it away just to get it out of circulation. I have several other copies that sound incredible... -
My copy is black. Have a sticker on cover We are vinyl as this release https://www.discogs.sie.com/release/12612932-Kansas-Point-Of-Know-Return but inside is a regular black vinyl. Sounds good -

Indeed, VERY low quality resolution in the booklet and inlay, small text is barely legible, washed up colors etc.
