Most of this disc is the original 1993 master, but "gz up" is a new remaster for this disc.

"gz up" is totally brickwalled and .5 DB louder than the rest of the album, so u gotta reach for the volume dial. & whatever source they used for that track sounds like shit.

not sure why they didn't just rip a copy of the original disc in EAC and make a new glass master from that.

Do believe the hype: this pressing sound SO GOOD, dead silent, heavy bass, really musical, absolutely marvellous. And I'm the annoying audiophile type.

Just beware of the plain paper inner and its consequent strong static. I should start a presidentital campaign just to ban these forever…

Dead silent, beautiful coloring, and one of the best sounding records in my collection. What an album too, every song is great. Highest recommendation. Only negative is that I could do without the bonus song, it kind of changes the flow of the album.

Nice piece of history, sounds is just right on this promo despite some pops. Happy to own this LP

This comes in a beautiful and funny gatefold. Sounds amazing! Great funky record masterfully produced by Dr Dre.

Agree to the poor sound quality of this cassette. Side A is okay but Side B has poor sound. On my brand new copy B2-B5 sounds like the tape is slowing down. Increasing the pitch control on my deck brings the sound back to normal. I would definitely not spend a lot of money on this cassette unless you plan on owning it just for your collection.

This edition is awesome. The music bangs from the A side to the D side. It is flawless and, again, a banger for which you shouldn't hesitate a second. The bass is so round and velvety. I can't stop spinning those two discs one after the other. Man, it's already 1:26am. Yeah, both discs are flat. Who would have thought? My faith in clear or colored vinyls is restored today... util when? I know black vinyl is also a colored record but you know what I mean. It ain't no fun if the homies can't have none.

Both records sound amazing and packaging is top notch. Five stars from me.
