Smooth as silk as intricate as a berber rug. Theres plenty of space in this music i.e. its not over the top layered with instrumentation. You get he usual Laswell deep muddy bottom shaking bass but the addtion of "Gigi's" voice sung in native Ethiopian and sultry too make this a winner!
With echoed dub laden synth and melodica(thats the mouth blown organ used by Augustus Pablo) and the tablas beating away its a must for fans of pan ethnic electornica. This album is also a dedication to the late great Jamaican dub artist Augustus Pablo and a fine one it is!
