I was curious on this release. After being a fan of the the album this was related to, but not made about the production of said album, I was totally shocked how different this sounds. The production is fuller, more distinguishable and punchy than the album version of this song. I also have the other versions of this single, however, this is by far the best I have come across. It's a shame that the album didn't have the same production or pressing values as this version sounds much, much better. -
Edited 20 years agoThis release marked the return of Emperor after a rather long break, which was forced on the band by prison sentences for arson.
This release was only pressed for one day and then deleted. About 24,000 copies were pressed in total, spread over the three formats: CD, 12" and 7"
