Deluxe/AR

Deluxe/AR refers to a VHS and DVD replication plant located in North Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. The plant started business as Rank Video Services America in 1995, but was renamed Deluxe Video Services in 1998. DVD manufacturing began in 2003, and by the end of 2004 Deluxe's other US DVD plants in Carson, CA and Ontario, CA had been closed and their equipment relocated to the Little Rock plant. In September 2006, Deluxe announced that the plant was to be closed by March 2007. Nevertheless, the plant was sold by its parent company The Rank Group to ODS Optical Disc Service Inc. (ODS Optical Disc Service) in January. It is not known how long the plant operated under ODS; as of 2010, the site was occupied by a Caterpillar motor grader production facility.
