Dark Theme Nav Bar Changes

The nav bar has changed and I need to update the Dark Theme to work with the new changes. Hopefully should have a fix out soon.

Ok, the update has finally been approved. New version will be 3.9.2. Chrome will auto update things for you sometime in the next day or so.
