Vinyl ID, jungle +/-95, no snippet

Hi there
Found in antiques a white label with on runout BTS 004 J.T.S., I guessed that was old jungle, seller confirmed it to me but I wasn't able to find audio (he also told me he didn't found it) ; I haven't bought record at the moment as it is 20 bucks but could consider if it is cool next time.
Any idea of which label / reference it is ?

Are you sure its BTS ?
The J.T.S. means the lac was cut at Jah Tubbys.
