Hello All!
I am working on an art project - where I use at least 120 vinyl record covers per piece.
I am NOT interested in the records themselves or there condition - so if the record is warpred or scrathed and can not be sold because of that - thats fine with me as long as the binding on the record cover is not split or worn to much.
Does anyone one here have a connection for such a thing?
I live in NYC and have a car - so I am willing to drive in the tri state area or around that.
Thanks!! -

If it doesn't matter what the covers are, check out a goodwill or salvation army in your area. There's always a shit load of herb alpert whipped cream albums for no more than $1 -

I think the best bet are the summer garage sales - but i also like to see if there are any large lots people may be selling. Thanks for your responce! -

Garage sales are a great idea, along with any country flea markets. Might have a look at your public library, sometime they unload old stuff like that. -

Or ask for items they do not put in their stores.
Don't know how it is NYC but here in the Netherlands I often see thriftstores/sellers unloading unwanted vinyl for very low prices.
Just came across an add with 5000 for only €450 and have seen them for even less -
