Contributor Improvement Program is conflicting itself by not letting you correct

Hello Discogs staff,
I'm posting a new thread because there is no way to this anonymous , there is no recent post on this subject (or I cannot add to them) nor is there a topic on RSG §21: Contributor Improvement Program. That could be handy, could be...
Recently I got a following message from some anonymous discogs apparently you, the Discogs staff. So this is my open letter to you.
Well, my current state is probably due to a mistake I made yesterday affecting some 16 artist and one release. A result of me trying to be correct and consequent in the additions I make. It also resulted in 17 Entirely Incorrect vote's and immediate reverts. You guys are extremely quick in those, I wish I could say the same about the correct vote's I can now 'beg for' at Forum Thread #172073.
So for 17 out of the 10,043,894 submissions I made since I ed Discogs in 2010 I'm banned from contributing to this otherwise nice database?
But... there is a redemption; I could come back by the first and third step RSG §21.2.; correcting some mistakes!
So I tried, and now comes the funny part; I cannot correct those because I'm not allowed to edit more than total of three contributions waiting for votes at any one time!
So in effect I'm now banned without notice or discussion after 8 years and 10,043,894 submissions of which - I'm sure(!) - some have been wrong and some been correct.
But hey, "I'm only Human" trying to help where I can and now banned from Discogs.
Bye bye, a formally thanks a lot for this ban 'happy' collector...
For your information here is the message I got:
"Based on recent votes made on your contributions to the database, you have been put on the Contributor Improvement Program. This is designed to help you improve your contributions, and avoid too many errors being submitted to the database.
You are now limited to a total of three contributions waiting for votes at any one time. If you have more than this currently waiting for votes, these will remain in the database, but you won't be able to submit any more until they are voted on, or you come off the Contributor Improvement Program. You are still able to edit your current contributions, and it is recommended that you do this after understanding why you have been put on this program, and how to improve your contributions.
First, you should check your past contributions, and see the comments and votes placed on them. Note any mistakes you have made that others have brought to your attention.
Secondly, you should have a good read of the Submission Guidelines and try to understand more about what the database is looking for regarding good quality contributions.
Third, you should review and try to improve any remaining submissions, in order to make them correct. If this isn't possible, you can also make new contributions.
You will come off the Contributor Improvement Program once you receive enough "Correct" votes (the exact number is variable, and depends on your previous votes).

In addition: I managed to correct only: The Who - The Who Sell Out. Note: r3769427 Has been voted correct for my - now reverted - 'header and written-by' addition.
I am not allowed to correct the following not yet reverted releases:
* The Who - The Who Sell Out
* The Who - The Who Sell Out
* The Who - The Who Sell Out
* The Who - The Who Sell Out
* The Who - It's Hard Note: r8348502 has been voted correct for my 'track header' addition.
* The Who - It's Hard
* The Who - Who's Next
See the notes for the inconsistency of the used voting technic by Discogs. A couple of these releases with the same correction where marked as 'Need minor change'.
Do I need to say more? -

Ah, was able due to 11 'corrrect' votes (thanks) to correct only one(!) of the above: The Who - The Who Sell Out has been corrected now.
I'm sorry, I think this is my last correction for now as I'm not going 'sitting and waiting' to be able to correct or edit something in this medieval pillory. It costed me five hours for this one correction...
Instead I posted the could be corrections in the releases themselves.
If someone (thanks) is able to correct them the sparse 'correct' votes are for you.
I've given up,
Unhappy collecting!

Ah, was able due to 3 more 'corrrect' votes (thanks) to correct again only one(!) of my incorrect marked submissions. The last The Who - Who's Next has been corrected now.
Posted it in Forum Thread #759232, apparently one of the sparse active forums on this subject. -

As far as I know you when you are on CIP you are able to make as much corrections as you want but only 3 new = pending submissions at a time. -

When you are on CIP you can only edit releases where you were the last person to make an edit. You can not edit stuff where others have made edits after you. This all to prevent vandalism ofcourse.
In cour case your average vote is not that low, I guess you only got on CIP because you got a lot of EI votes in a row, you should be able to get back to normal soon. -

Also I looked at some of your prenings and EI voted edits. You really should pay a bit more attention to guidelines and not invent credits so that releases are grouped 'better' or 'nicer' on artist pages. On Discogs we go by what's on the release or we use credible sources, it's really not OK to just add credits to make something show up on an artist page. -

Ha Violent-Power,
Thanks for this constructive !
At the moment it looks like I can correct the failures I made. So I can correct myself.
The most frustrating thing on this 'Contributor Improvement Program' or 'CIP' as it apparently is called is that it comes from a anonymous and not from someone telling you where you went wrong. The anonymous part gives me the itches, not being able to correct them to.
Anyway, It seems get OK now so thanks and happy collecting (again)!
P.S. I really could not edit my mistakes to correct them, maybe because not all of them where voted on? Although in most cases I was the last editor.
Entirely new submissions I could not do from the start of this Contributor Improvement Program, I thought it was meant to be... -

Can someone look into my 'needs vote' contributions? Most of them are corrected now and others I cannot correct being not the last editor.
Thanks in advance!
Please note; I sorted them on latest edits, since they cover a period of 8 years.
Posted this also in Forum Thread #759232 for I don't know which is the correct forum... -

Still waiting for approval on my 'needs vote' contributions... Anyone?

Anyway since I'm still unable to correct things myself so I proposed corrections in the 'Edit ...' chats, for example at:
* Hotel (14)
* Beny Moré And His All Star Afro Cuban Orchestra
* G"MM' Grammy
* Fantasy Love Affair
* Oscure
* Far East Movement
* Mammoth Studios
* divaDanielle
* Irn Mnky
* Blank Image
* Tiger Mendoza
* Luke B
* D:Fuse
* Dustin Fusilier
* Glyn Johns

Yeah, I'm off the Contributor Improvement Program (CIP)!
Thanks to all the 'guardians' who helped and checked my pending contributions!

Hello C_Denninger,
Congratulations, you have ed the Contributor Improvement Program and the limit on your contributions to the database has been lifted.
Please make sure to continue to make correct contributions, and keep up to date with the guidelines - we would prefer not to see you back in the Contributor Improvement Program again!
Happy Collecting,
Discogs
PS. My average vote now is: 3.30 and my last 10 day average 3.33, I think both must be over 3.00 and it also seams your last 10 day average must be greater than your average vote (yesterday mine was 3.02).
This might be helpful in case someone else wants to know how many correct votes he or she needs to collect to get out of the CIP (RSG §21) ~ just an assumption, no guarantees given. ~
