So, I don't sell much, as I'm usually a buyer, but I've noticed at a certain $ amount or a record price or overall sale, shipping suddenly becomes zero. I don't know what the amount free shipping seems to become automatic.
So I have to pay for the shipping out of the price I d the item for?
How do I fix this?
I recently got an order for multiple items, but since the price was at whatever cap free shipping starts, I have to pay out of that price, and because of the weight, I am likely to be eating into at least a third of the overall payment I received.

You must have free shipping turned on (checked) in your shipping policies. Go to settings > seller and edit your shipping policies. Find the country where the person who got free shipping lives, click the arrow at the right side of the box, and in the next screen uncheck the free shipping box. Make sure you save the new setting when you're through making the edit. This is something you can only do from a browser, not the app.
