Hey,
I had a couple of customers cancel orders because they cannot check out when trying to pay for orders & business is terrible right now. Are any other sellers experiencing this? I'm used to getting around 7-12 orders per day & it's dead right now. -

You might think you're trying to alert or annoy Discogs but they don't read this forum much and all you're doing is spamming other s who either know or don't care. -

I recently sold an item and my buyer could not pay. He filed a request. They replied sooner than I thought they would, but they told him the problem was on the seller side and according to them, I was not set up to receive payments. No idea why because I had been selling previously here and elsewhere so my paypal worked fine.
I unlinked, relinked, my PayPal on here and then it worked.
If all your buyers are having this issue, it might be worth unlinking your PP and relinking it. -

Did you file a SR? You should not be placed in any pending status since you were already an approved seller. What a shit show.
This reminds me, yesterday I received an email from PayPal saying there "There’s an API error affecting your checkout page." The only site that I've linked my PP to is Discogs so I figured they must be talking about Discogs/PayPal API.
Couldn't work out what the problem was since PayPal provided no specific details and only a list of potential issues.
I once again went through the relink process but before I did that, in logged into PayPal and removed all permissions already granted to Discogs. Discogs was listed twice on that page, one with details of what permissions I had granted and the other with no details at all. So I unapproved both. Then relinked,
The whole thing feels like a shit show on here.
