Can't add my PayPal after changing email

Hi,

I have recently changed my PayPal email address so therefore I am trying to change it on Discogs in the seller section of my profile settings. When linking the PayPal to my Discogs profile I'm getting sent back to the settings page half of the times without fixing the problem and the other half getting an error with the error code "04b8ae68bfa9468687469ed0729989fa" with the full information below:

Any idea what could cause the problem?
