Stuck on CIP with no submissions pending

Hi, i am on CIP but yet have no pending submissons, can i please have some help?

As explained before: you can make up to three new submissions and then ask for votes in the dedicated threads.

Once again, you can now make up to three new submissions and then ask for votes in the dedicated threads. Your voting avarage (currently at 1.50 / 4 votes) needs to be > 3.00 in order to exit CIP.

5.00 = complete and correct
4.00 = correct
3.00 = needs minor changes
2.00 = needs major changes
1.00 = entirely incorrect
