    1. I think the positive/negative system is quite unuseful, would be better a 5/5 or 10/10 pointing system.
    2. It's too easy for sellers to avoid buyers' :
    - Don't find a record, delay delivery and other tricks until time limit for buyer to give get wasted
    - Even easier, just let the order on "payment received"

    Absolutely disagree.

Do you mean instead of a comment? So instead of "Seller shipped item fast and it was in great condition!" you would have 10/10, and instead of "Seller was rude, took ages to ship and the record was two grades below what was expected" you'd have 2/10?

    Is that what you mean?

You can leave when the order is on that status.

can be left within 90 days of the order date.
    I think that's enough time.

Stringing a buyer along for 90 days would be pretty impressive.

No, i mean instead of positive/neutral/negative. Then you can comment whatever you want the same way as usual.

    No, i mean:

"Great seller, everything perfect" 10 points
"Good seller, fast shipment, overgrading" 7 or 8 points

    Instead of:

    "Great seller, everything perfect" Positive
"Good seller, fast shipment, overgrading" Positive

Imagine Google Maps, Tripadvisor, etc, etc working on a just positive/negative basis

Ok, I see you can do it from the Orders list page but not from the single order page. Weird but you're right.

I concur. Problems arise when emotion is applied, rather than simple facts.
