My was suspended for payment to the buyer I resolved this 5 days ago now and my is still suspended upon several messages sent! It’s not fair I can’t sell because they don’t fix my but had no problem suspending my !!!!! -

Discogs doesn't get involved in the financial transaction, so I'd guess this was for non-response to a buyer inquiry. You have four days to respond, and at that point a buyer can get Discogs involved. And nothing happens quickly from that point. Your may also hinder reinstatement. You need to say who pays return shipping. You should also be shipping to the PayPal address, when there's a discrepancy. PayPal also decides what your return policy is, so your aren't enforceable. -

The guy that got suspended the seller, is now unsuspended but im not, both of us needed to be unsuspended, he was only unsuspended for a few days, they are seller biased!!! -

I’m finally not suspended anymore it took over a week ! My email from them said they are experiencing abundance of tickets and it’s taking longer to reply to them all -

The situation I'm going to describe is a bit strange: my was suspended more than a week ago for not sending a timely response to a buyer. I actually was waiting for him to respond after a message I sent him more than 20 days ago! So, the reason why my is still suspended is a total non sense!
Never had a problem after 16 years of buying/selling on Discogs...
I, of course, have ed their team with a ticket opened via the e-mail I've received but got no answer. Six days have ed now and I don't know what to expect...
If anyone could help or advise, it would be very kind.

I had my suspended for 9 days n finally they fixed it they said they have a large number of tickets and are trying to resolve them in a timely manner. -

Currently suspended here due to not seeing a buyer awaiting response notice. I was having issues marking items as shipped when I have sent it.
I've opened 2 tickits.
Unfortunately the suspension happened on the 22nd of december so I bet this is going to be ages. Anyone know of any eta? any way to get it done quicker?
Above poster mentioned a chatbot, what chatbot is this?

I would characterize taking customer money and then providing the abysmal service described by your customers as “unkind”, and that is a charitable description to boot.

I do have in my seller that I ship usually once a week due to my being disabled and not driving. You'd be surprised how many people don't read seller and quite a few tell me they're hard to see on the discogs app. I'm pretty transparrent about the fact things may take a while to ship and try and answer messages.
I'm not complaining about the discogs system. I totally get that my not responding in a timely manner should and does mean I get suspended. I also understand that now that I have resolved the issue at hand I should be able to be unsuspended. I am just asking if anyone knows what happens with discogs staff over this period and what recent ETA's are. -

I accidently sent a record before payment was received. Just after I posted it the buyer cancelled the order. I apologised and explained I had already sent it, offered buyer record half price or I would pay for return post but it was outside the 4 days so now suspended. Buyer has ignored all messages so looks like he is intent on keeping the record for free! (oldpooled)
I have done everything asked by Discogs and cancelled the order, explained it all to them and everytime all I get is the same generic response with instructions/guide on how to resolve. I have done all I can and now had the same generic response 5 times!! Very annoying and still suspended after 2 weeks, can't speak with a human just robots!!! -
