    In short, I managed to leave for an item I had not yet received. So I had intended to "clean it up" by removing it, and the I tracked down the specific order on some other page where I could see the album art, and then I made sure to leave for the discs I did receive.

    I just learned that this is apparently totally permanent, which is horrible in this case. A seller went above and beyond to get me a disc I had ordered. I want to leave positive because it is very much deserved, but given how is apparently intended to function, that is not possible.

    Would it be possible to request an exception for this? Or to reset the " flags" (or whatever it is called) on a specific transaction so I could correct the record?

    Any info would be very much appreciated.
