    Since the latest 'upgrades' the app keeps logging me out. I have to go through the whole process of logging in & waiting for my whole collection to synchronize sometimes several times a day! This never happened before the latest Software "updates". When logging in often get the message "bad token" & try again over wi fi even tho I was using WIFi. Never had issues of this magnitude before the software updates.

    Same.Very frustrating! Im also having an issue when you search a vinyl and try to go back to look at other versions, you’re required to type everything in search again. This latest update has made me want to look for another app. Before this update, I loved it!

    Tried everything & still happening. Just since the last updates. Sometimes 'bad token' message comes up when logging back in. Have deleted app from my phone twice & reinstalled as suggested by developer. No improvement! This is obviously happening to several s. Why don't the wind back the last update & restore to pre-update when things were OK? Can't see any improvements with update just this being logged out issue.

    I've been logged out of the app once a day for the last ten days or so. Has happened on previous updates too, but has always been fixed in a day or two.
    Really annoying that there's no response from the developers.

    Agree. As I said earlier I did get a response from the developer but deleting & reinstalling the app as they suggested did not fix the issue. In fact I just had to again a few minutes ago.

    Another problem occurring since the new updates is collection not showing at all after synchronizing. Again the 'bad token' message comes up. It says it's synchronizing but when you go to collection screen the white comes up asking that you start catologuing it. The number in your collection shows & the most recent added but you can only access individual items. I really wish they would fix these problems or roll back the updates. It wasn't perfect before the updates but it worked better than this frustrating mess. The collection eventually does appear but can take up to 30 minutes.

    I've also been experiencing the logging out issue, seems to happen daily, then like others state you have to wait for collection to re sync. Now I'm also having issues seeing my collection at all. I've reinstalled twice now, still not functioning correctly

    I'm really surprised there hasn't been some major communication from developers on this logging out problem since the 'upgrade'. They did reply to my initial concerns as I have said before & told me to delete & reinstall the App on my Android phone. This clearly didn't work as it has not for several others on here. They then sent a email several days later in which I indicated the service was bad & the 'fix' didn't work. I have had no communication since (apart from others experiencing the same issue. Surely the time has come for the developers to come back to us all & indicate what ( or if) they are doing to solve this issue.

    I'm not sure what Discogs are doing about this but for me it's getting worse by the day. It's now logging out everytime I leave it for a few minutes & as I am using it several times a day I am having to several times a day & wait for the 66 pages of my collection to load. This NEVER HAPPENED prior to the latest "update".

    Hopefully, fixed as I have gone 48 hours without being logged out. Help desk have replied to my direct fault report & said it should now be OK. Still not bringing up discography tho. Apparently they know about that & the technical team are still working on it.

The 3rd version of the upgrade that caused the issue does seem to have fixed the logging out & the viewing of artists full discography. The only remaining issue is you can't filter the discography as well as before while using the phone app. You can see all the main release but can't see appearances on compilation. Since upgrading have only been logged out once in 2 weeks.

    Databases queries on artist releases finally got fixed, but issues still remain. If i am not logged in, I'm searching else where instead on logging in again today. Guess other sites will get my purchases until they fix this issue.

    Adding my to the pool of s that keeps getting logged out. Only happens on my tablet however, my phone is working ok. Annoying. Have tried multiple approaches from allowing the cookies to disallowing, reset the app completely etc. Clearly seems to be related to the token somehow as it loads up then logs out.

    Kept happening to me everyday, uninstalled the app as was getting frustrated with the experience of this. My device is Goole Pixel 7a on Android 14, lates Discogs app version. Reset my phone to factory settings and reinstalled, had no issues for one day then bham... having to every time. On the plus side, I now have more cash from not being able to by as much as easily.

    Just adding to the chorus; I haven't had a stable app session on my phone for months.

    Cleared cache - no help
    Cleared cache and storage - no help
    Uninstalled app and won't use again until I hear in this thread that it has been fixed.

    My local record store has far better service and I get my special orders in the same time frame as discogs, so maybe time for me to move on.

    I had previously uninstalled the app due to this behavior. I reinstalled it to try your suggestion. I didn't use your suggestion as it appears to behaving for now. I'll try your fix if it acts up again.

    I'm sorry but this has nothing to do with the problem. This only means that if the app not used for weeks the phone will automatically revoke its permissions to protect privacy.

    Also this seems to be a global problem as I'm regularly logged out of my Desktop sessions also, not only the Android app is affected... :(

    Why do you want us logged out at all times? Recaptcha now? This has been a problem for months. It's as if you don't want people using the app, it's a huge pain to even be able to use it.
