Automatic Shipping Policy:
Shipping of combined items is a difficult process for the new Discogs automatic checkout system, if you think your order will be substantially lighter/cheaper than the automatic quote then please me before purchasing as I may be able to lower the cost for you, this will be based on both weight & size due to Royal Mail different weight & size bands - I cannot do this if you pay for your order first then ask later, so please be forewarned.

Buyer pays all postage & packaging costs etc & is 100% responsible for any taxes, duties & charges levied by their own customs services - Only make your purchase if you understand & agree to these policies, otherwise I will be happy to cancel your order without prejudice.

Overseas orders - I reserve the right to insist on a fully insured trackable method of shipping & a written acceptance of your countries daft import laws will have to be agreed to in advance, I accept no responsibility if your country decides to charge you excessive import duties & you are ignorant to these rules.

We are open from 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday, orders outside of these times will be answered as soon as possible. For next day dispatch orders must be paid for by end of business or your order will be shipped the following day.

If you are a drop-shipper then do the polite thing & please advise me in advance as I reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a customer shipping to a third party. However, I will try & help other UK sellers who find themselves in a pickle if they write & politely ask for my help but please be aware that any responsibilities stemming from my help will fall on you & not me, I will not deal direct with YOUR customer if any problems arise - I will only deal with the original purchaser, no exceptions.

POSTAGE & PACKING INFORMATION.

I do not seek to make money on my postage & packing costs unlike many sellers, however I do try and recycle excellent quality packaging materials when available, this helps the environment and allows me to keep my rates extremely low.

I take great pride in the very high standard of my packaging, which is reflected in my positive comments. I do not just chuck your cd in a bubble bag & hope for the best! Your order is cleaned, bubble wrap is placed over the retaining spindle & the cd is enclosed in side a re-sealable poly bag & then wrapped in fluted cardboard stiffener before being placed inside a new bubble mailer - this extra attention to details is reflected in my shipping costs.

Proof of posting is obtained for all uninsured orders.

If you require insurance or an International Signed For™ service please refer to www.royalmail.com for up to date prices. If no insurance is taken out for shipping, your order will not be covered for loss or damages over £20.00. I always aim to resolve losses or damages amicably, but ultimately I will not be responsible if things go wrong once they are in the postal system, unless these optional services are used.

By placing your order you agree to adhere to my packaging methods which are extremely safe & secure. If you have any specific packaging requirements then you must mention these before placing your order otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel your order & any negative received regarding any cancelled sale will be referred to Discogs for removal. I am always happy to work with customers regarding specific packaging requests but please be courteous & discuss these in advance & not just wheel a long list of demands after you have purchased.

CONFLICTING DISCOGS & PAYPAL ADDRESS DETAILS.

If your Paypal & Discogs address details are different then I will write & ask you which address you want your order dispatched to, if no confirmation is received within 3 days then I will dispatch to your Paypal address so that both parties are covered in the case of any problems. By placing your order you agree to adhere to this policy & I will not accept any liability in case of any problems.

COMMUNICATIONS

All communications should be in English & respectful in their nature, anyone effing & jeffing (swearing) can expect the same back from me - so don't say you haven't been warned! :-)

OFFERS

I do not accept offers on any of my stock purchased via Discog's site - If you wish to make an offer for anything you see in my stock then please me before purchasing, otherwise full listed price shown will apply. As I am a collector/private seller, I am usually unable to price match discounted offers in shops/mail order etc. If you have spotted a great deal somewhere else then my advice to you is buy it! :-)

POLICY FOR MISSING OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS.

It is the buyers responsibility to advise me of any orders not received within 30 days of your dispatch date. Any claims after this time will be at my discretion. No claims will be accepted after 6 months from original dispatch date - this absolutely non-negotiable.

Please be aware that I always retain a digital photo of all shipments sent out & a copy of the original proof of posting receipt for all uninsured orders. If your order is not sent ed & gets lost in transit I will endeavour to make the claim on your behalf & if you are pleasant, courteous & patient I will usually refund your costs immediately myself before any claim is decided.

However, It is both our responsibility to work together in such a rare occurrence & communication is key - I will not help customers who post negative straight away, or initiate a Paypal claim before ing me & then expect me to sort the problem out afterwards - hopefully, this sounds fair to you? I am a very honest & trustworthy seller as you can see by my comments. Anyone not wishing to abide by these guidelines to fair play & common respect can go fuck themselves!

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All promo items are guaranteed to be 100% original issues as received by me from Radio Stations or Record Plugging companies - all associated promotional materials like press stickers & press releases are only original in the respect that they are exactly as received by me from the individual companies involved. Many labels these days undertake a lot of production in house & quality can vary wildly - if this kind of thing is important to you I would advise requesting specific details before ordering, it's no problem :-) I do not trade in any kind of counterfeit or reproduction cdr.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event of a buyer needing to return an order (or part of), the buyer must use the cheapest return airmail option and goods should be packaged to the same high standard they were received in to avoid any transit damage. Once I have received the goods back, I will then issue a 100% refund. Goods must be returned in the same condition as dispatched by vendor.

GRADINGS

I try as hard as possible to ensure that my gradings are correct in accordance with the Goldmine standard as recommended by Discog's, it is the buyer's responsibility to understand these too, more details can be found here - http://www.discogs.sie.com/help/mp-grading.html

Occasionally I may make the odd mistake as I'm only human, in such instances I will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as I am made aware of it. Communication is key here folks! I treat my customers in the same manner to which I myself would like to be treated.
Please do not leave negative before ing me regarding any such problems as I can only sort them out if I know about them :-)

CD CASES

Please note - Generally speaking I do not grade the plastic case of a cd unless it consists of special packaging, gradings refer to the contents ie, cd inlays & booklets. I replace all broken or damaged cases prior to dispatch, so please presume that all cases I will supply are NOT original issue - if getting the original cd case is of great importance to you then it is 100% your responsibility to request a check prior to placing your order & I will supply details, otherwise I will take no responsibility (you agree with my when placing your order) & any relevant regarding this issue will be challenged & removed if necessary. None of my stock is sealed unless explicitly stated in my comments.



I always communicate with my buyers & I will leave appropriate as soon as I know if the customer is happy or not with their purchase & not before - I do not require you to leave me any as that is your own personal choice, as is it mine. If leaving is unimportant to you, then please do not expect any from me. If this policy is unacceptable to you then please do not order from me as you will only get annoyed.
