This is a semi-professional store so please be patient, as this is only my part time profession. This is run for fun and the love of music and vinyl.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and pick-up of the order it your responsibility. Therefor it is for you to have e-mail and phono number in your address information, if this is needed for you to pick up your order. If a package is returned, you will be refunded the amount of the order and not the expense of the shipping.
European shipping via Bring or alike (Hermes ect). The automatic shipping policies are accurate, but if your have any questions feel free to ask, then i will help you.
Shipping rates internationally (For countries that BRING doesn't ship to) - Via Post Nord.
Up to 2kg (Around 7Lp's) - 25€
Up to 5kg (Around 17Lp's) - 90€
Denmark via DAO:
Up to 2kg (Around 7lp) - 7€
Up to 20kg - 15€
Notes on grading:
- LP's are carefully visually rated, when in doubt also audibly rated. Spindle is not rated, but if heavy wear or damage this will be described.
- If innersleeves, posters or others insert are included it will be noted in the comments, and is therefor not given to be included.
- For Mint items seamsplits will be on your own risk but im welcome to open them to avoid this when shipping.
- CD's are carefully visually rated - disc and front + back covers. Jewel cases are NOT rated.
Other comments:
1. We ship orders around once a week, so you might be "unlucky" that there goes a week from buying to your items to getting shipped. If you are in need of quicker shipping let me know and i will work around it.
2. We take no responsibility for lost parcel, and if the parcel is damaged with your postalservice and not the Danish then i take no responsibility.
3. If you do not pick-up or recieve your package then you will be refunded for the total amount extracted the shipping i have paid.
4. If you think the gradings are wrong, then you can return it, and if i agree with your description then i will refund you fully, incl. both original and return shipping.
5. If you are interested in pictures, then invoice the items of interest (Make the order) and hold on the payment.
6. Orders under 20€ will not be shipped - or else the shipping will be higher.
