Some of my items are on sale elsewhere and I don't have 24/7 access to them. If you are concerned by this, please me first to check that I have the item and I will gladly get back to you within as short a time as possible to confirm I still have it. I do my best, but sometimes things get missed.

With regards to cancellations - if you pay and I can't find the item, I'm not asking you if I can keep the PayPal fees once I issue a refund. However, if you pay and change your mind, I'm not going to be out of pocket for your decision so will issue a refund less the fees PayPal charged. This is only fair.

I work Monday to Friday so please be aware that despite doing everything in my power to get deliveries out as soon as possible at the latest your order may have to be shipped over the weekend. If your order is urgent, let me know and I will see what I can do to accommodate for you.

Buyers outside EU - although economy shipping states around 42 days delivery, I have found delivery times to be around a quarter of this time, making this a reasonably cheap alternative to costlier airmail.

Should a shipping price either be £0 or something ridiculous, get in touch with me first, it's just Discogs' shipping policies that are just being a pain. You can be confident that I will charge you the correct postage rate.

Any other order types, please me directly - if you purchase from abroad without checking postage rates I will insist on payment. Time wasters will receive a non payer mark after 4 days.
